A delicious and easy-to-make salmon dish with a creamy garlic parmesan sauce.

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
  3. Cook salmon for 3-4 minutes per side until golden. Remove and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, sauté garlic until fragrant (about 1 minute).
  5. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  6. Stir in parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning until sauce thickens.
  7. Add lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.
  8. Return salmon to skillet and spoon sauce over fillets.
  9. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

  • Adjust cream thickness with milk if needed.
  • Serve with pasta or roasted vegetables.
