A rich and creamy pasta dish with tender chicken, garlic, and parmesan cheese.

Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp dried parsley

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions.
  2. Season chicken with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil in a pan and cook chicken until golden, then set aside.
  4. In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic.
  5. Add heavy cream and parmesan, stir until smooth.
  6. Slice chicken and add to the sauce.
  7. Drain pasta and toss with the creamy chicken mixture.
  8. Garnish with parsley and serve.

Notes

  • Use freshly grated parmesan for best flavor.
  • Adjust creaminess by adding pasta water if needed.
