  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 32 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 1/4 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and 1/4 cup sugar. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. Beat cream cheese and 1 1/4 cups sugar until smooth.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Stir in flour, vanilla extract, and sour cream until combined.
  6. Pour mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
  7. Bake for 55-60 minutes until the center is nearly set.
  8. Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool inside for 1 hour.
  9. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
