  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 4 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 1/4 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and 1/4 cup sugar. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. Beat cream cheese and 1 1/4 cups sugar until smooth. Add vanilla.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing after each addition.
  5. Mix in sour cream and flour until just combined.
  6. Pour filling over crust and bake for 55 minutes or until center is set.
  7. Turn off oven and let cheesecake cool inside for 1 hour.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
