Delicious cinnamon roll cheesecake bars combining the flavors of cinnamon rolls and creamy cheesecake.

  • 2 cans (8 oz each) refrigerated cinnamon rolls
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×9-inch baking pan.
  2. Separate cinnamon rolls and press them into the bottom of the pan to form a crust.
  3. In a bowl, beat cream cheese, granulated sugar, egg, and vanilla until smooth. Spread over the cinnamon roll crust.
  4. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Drizzle over the cream cheese layer.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until set. Cool completely before slicing.
