  • 2 cups cabbage, shredded
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
