A decadent chocolate bundt cake with a creamy cheesecake filling, perfect for special occasions.

Ingredients

  • 1 box chocolate cake mix
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a bundt pan.
  2. Mix cake mix, water, oil, and eggs until smooth.
  3. Pour half the batter into the pan.
  4. Beat cream cheese, sugar, egg yolk, and vanilla until creamy.
  5. Spoon cheesecake filling over the batter in the pan.
  6. Pour remaining batter over the filling.
  7. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Cool for 15 minutes before inverting onto a plate.

Notes

  • Use room temperature cream cheese for smoother filling.
