- 2 cups crushed pecans
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 24 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans for topping
- Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
- Mix crushed pecans, melted butter, and 2 tbsp sugar for crust. Press into springform pan.
