A rich and decadent dessert combining the flavors of caramel, brownie, and cheesecake.

  • 1 box (18.3 oz) brownie mix
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Mix brownie mix, vegetable oil, water, and 2 eggs in a bowl. Spread evenly in the pan.
  3. Bake for 20 minutes. Let cool slightly.
  4. Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Add 2 eggs one at a time, mixing well.
  5. Pour cheesecake batter over the baked brownie layer. Drizzle caramel sauce on top.
  6. Bake for 35-40 minutes until the center is set. Let cool completely before serving.

Notes

  • Use room-temperature cream cheese for smoother batter.
  • Chill the cheesecake for at least 4 hours before serving.
