  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 16 oz cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix sugar, butter, eggs, and vanilla in a bowl.
  3. Add cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder. Stir well.
  4. Pour brownie batter into a greased pan and bake for 20 minutes.
  5. Beat cream cheese, sour cream, and lemon juice until smooth.
  6. Spread cheesecake mixture over the cooled brownie layer.
  7. Drizzle caramel sauce on top.
  8. Bake for another 25 minutes. Chill before serving.
