A flavorful and hearty pasta dish combining Cajun-spiced shrimp and salmon with creamy sauce.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta (penne or fettuccine)
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 lb salmon fillet, skin removed
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season shrimp and salmon with Cajun seasoning.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
  4. Add shrimp and salmon. Cook for 3-4 minutes per side until opaque and flaky.
  5. Reduce heat to low. Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese until smooth.
  6. Add cooked pasta and toss to coat. Drizzle with lemon juice.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
