- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 lb salmon fillet, skin removed
- 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
