- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 2 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Season salmon fillets with Cajun seasoning on both sides.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook salmon for 4-5 minutes per side until done. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic for 30 seconds.
- Pour in heavy cream and simmer for 2 minutes.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese until the sauce thickens.
- Add cooked pasta to the sauce and toss to coat.
- Flake the salmon into chunks and mix gently with the pasta.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
