A creamy and delicious chicken alfredo pasta dish that’s easy to make at home.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a pan and cook chicken until done. Slice into strips.
  3. In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  4. Pour in heavy cream, stirring constantly.
  5. Add parmesan cheese and stir until smooth.
  6. Combine pasta with the sauce and toss well.
  7. Top with sliced chicken and garnish with parsley.
