- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp ginger powder
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp water
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp chopped green onions
- Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces.
- Mix soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic powder, and ginger powder in a bowl.
- Add chicken to the marinade and let sit for 30 minutes.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place chicken in the air fryer basket and cook for 12 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Mix cornstarch and water in a small bowl, then add to the remaining marinade.
- Heat the sauce in a pan until thickened.
- Toss cooked chicken in the sauce.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, spray the chicken lightly with oil before air frying.
- Adjust honey for more or less sweetness.
- Serve with rice or steamed vegetables.
