Crispy, golden crab cakes made easily in an air fryer with minimal oil and maximum flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb crab meat, drained
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix crab meat, breadcrumbs, egg, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Old Bay seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, parsley, and lemon juice.
  2. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Shape mixture into 6 evenly sized patties.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3 minutes.
  5. Place crab cakes in air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
  7. Serve warm with lemon wedges or tartar sauce.
