  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 lemon (sliced for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Place salmon fillets on the baking sheet.
  4. Drizzle olive oil over the salmon.
  5. Mix honey, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  6. Brush the honey mixture evenly over the salmon.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until salmon flakes easily.
  8. Garnish with lemon slices before serving.

Notes

  • Adjust Cajun seasoning for more or less spice.
  • Check salmon at 12 minutes to avoid overcooking.
  • Serve with rice or steamed vegetables.
