  • 1 cup pineapple chunks, fresh or canned
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Season chicken with salt and pepper, then cook for 5-7 minutes per side until browned.
  3. Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
  4. Pour in soy sauce and honey, stir to coat chicken.
