  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.
  2. In a bowl, toss scallops with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
  3. Place scallops in a single layer in the air fryer basket, leaving space between each.
  4. Air fry for 6-8 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and opaque.
  5. Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
