Quick and easy air fryer mushrooms ready in 15 minutes or less. Perfect as a side dish or appetizer.

  • 8 oz mushrooms (whole or sliced)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped, optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F.
  2. Clean the mushrooms and pat them dry.
  3. Toss mushrooms with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Place mushrooms in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve immediately.
