A quick and delicious salmon recipe cooked in an air fryer with a sweet and savory honey garlic glaze.

Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp chopped parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.
  2. Pat salmon fillets dry with paper towels.
  3. Mix honey, garlic, soy sauce, olive oil, black pepper, paprika, and lemon juice in a small bowl.
  4. Brush half of the honey garlic mixture onto the salmon fillets.
  5. Place salmon in the air fryer basket, skin-side down.
  6. Cook for 8-10 minutes until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  7. Brush remaining glaze on cooked salmon before serving.
  8. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.

Notes

  • Use fresh salmon for best results.
  • Adjust cook time based on thickness of fillets.
  • Glaze can be made ahead and refrigerated.
