  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut chicken breasts into strips or nuggets.
  3. In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Beat the egg in a separate bowl.
  5. Dip each chicken piece in the egg, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.

  8. Cook for 10 minutes, flip, then cook for another 5-7 minutes until golden and crispy.
