Crispy and flavorful chicken cutlets cooked in an air fryer with a Caesar twist.

Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp Caesar dressing
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice chicken breasts into thin cutlets.
  3. In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  4. In another bowl, whisk egg and Caesar dressing.
  5. Dip each cutlet in the egg mixture, then coat with breadcrumb mix.
  6. Lightly spray or brush cutlets with olive oil.
  7. Place cutlets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  8. Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
  9. Serve hot with extra Caesar dressing if desired.

  • For extra crispiness, lightly spray cutlets with oil before cooking.
