- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp Caesar dressing
- 1 tbsp olive oil
