  • 2 cups mashed potatoes (cold)
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix mashed potatoes, cheddar cheese, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Shape the mixture into small balls, about 1-inch in diameter.
  3. Dip each ball in beaten egg, then roll in breadcrumbs to coat evenly.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  5. Place the potato balls in the air fryer basket in a single layer, leaving space between them.
  6. Air fry for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
