- 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Add chicken, BBQ sauce, chicken broth, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper to the Instant Pot.
- Close the lid and set the valve to sealing.
- Cook on high pressure for 10 minutes.
- Allow natural pressure release for 5 minutes, then quick release remaining pressure.
- Shred the chicken using two forks and mix with the sauce.
