- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, thinly sliced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 tbsp cornstarch (optional, for thickening)
- Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken and cook for 5-6 minutes until no longer pink.
- Add garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes. Stir for 30 seconds.
- Toss in broccoli and cook for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Mix soy sauce and honey, then pour over the stir-fry. Stir well.
- If needed, mix cornstarch with 1 tbsp water and add to thicken sauce.
- Serve hot over rice or noodles.
