Quick and easy chocolate chip cookies made in the air fryer in just 10 minutes. Perfect for a fast sweet treat.

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, cream butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
  4. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
  6. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  7. Scoop small dough balls onto parchment paper in the air fryer basket.
  8. Cook for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Let cool for 2 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket.
  • Check cookies at 8 minutes to prevent burning.
  • Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
